The roles available for users in our Portal are:
- Grants access to the Monitoring section in the portal.
- Grants access to view and remediate alerts/screenings.
- Enables email notifications about Monitoring imports and screenings.
- Grants access to override results in the Dashboard, providing a reason for changing the result.
- Grants access to mark alerts as false positives in the Dashboard, providing a reason for this.
Quick Search User
- Grants access to the Quick Search area of the portal.
- Grants access to use a Profile to perform a Quick Search.
- Grants access to the real-time checks via Case Management.
Quick Search Admin
- Grants all access that Quick Search User has.
- Grants access create new Profiles and assign users to new/existing Profiles.
- Grants access the W2 Portal and dashboard to view results from API or Quick Search requests.
