The Dashboard Results tab will display all non Sandbox searches your company has made within the last 30 days by default. You can use the filter option to refine the search results, more information on how to use filters can be found here.
Once you have located the call you can open the individual result by clicking on the name. This will display the name and date of the search, the bundle name used to complete search and the results.
Each possible match will be listed showing the name it matched against along with a chevron > button to expand that result. Once expanded this will show you matched data and more information on Profile Data to help determine if this a match you need to be aware of or a false positive.
