Our Monitoring service allows you to screen a set of records against an agreed service on a set frequency, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or ad-hoc.


During the account on boarding or addition of monitoring to an existing account we require an IP Address that we can add to our White listing. Once this has been done we then proceed to setting you up and SFTP account and sending you the SFTP login details via Email. 


Once you've uploaded the first .csv file and this has been processed without error we than complete the monitoring setup by the support team against the agreed services and scheduled frequencies.
