Before you can access the W2 Portal an account needs to be setup by the W2 Support team. Please request your manager to send us an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then be sent a welcome Email that will contain a link to allow you to setup the account password.
The account username will be your registered Email address.
You can access the login page from https://portal.w2globaldata.com/Account/Login
When you have access to the Portal and have successfully logged into your account you will be directed to the home page that will allow you access available products such as the dashboard, Quick Search and Monitoring. The example below shows an account that has access to Dashboard and Monitoring, but Quick Search has been restricted. If you believe you should have access to one of the modules but the option is locked please ask a manager to Email support requesting access.
